Role Snapshot

We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven marketer with a passion for digital content to join our Organic Media team. You will contribute to organic content strategies tailored to client needs, plan and deliver content, and have extensive copywriting experience, especially for search optimization and adaptable tone of voice.

As a Senior Organic Media Content Exec, you will deliver effective strategies for multiple clients, from ideation to content production and reporting, working closely with team managers and client copywriting teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for creativity, confidence in data-driven copywriting, excellent written skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of how content impacts other organic channels like Social and Digital PR. You should understand brand messaging and embody it in your content analysis, strategy, and creation.

This role aims to deliver top-tier content and evolve our approach as the search landscape changes. You should be eager to grow your strategic knowledge and contribute to team goals. The role is suitable for candidates with 2-4 years of agency experience.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Leading copy deliverables for multiple clients, ensuring high standards and timely delivery
• Creating detailed briefs for in-house copywriters and collaborating to ensure success
• Monitoring KPIs to guide client discussions and future strategies
• Participating in weekly client calls to discuss deliverables and results
• Conducting audits and research, including keyword research, content audits, landscape, and gap analysis
• Building detailed content strategies with support from managers and leads
• Collaborating with Organic Social and Digital PR teams for cross-channel opportunities
• Supporting sales opportunities with insights and materials for pitches
• Staying updated on industry news and training to stay ahead

Requirements

• Confident, approachable manner to instill confidence in colleagues and clients
• Proactive attitude towards development and support for growth
• Excellent creative writing skills adaptable to various industries and tones
• Significant experience in copywriting for organic search optimization
• Knowledge and experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Ads Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics
• Experience in developing organic search strategies
• Strong communication skills for team and client collaboration
• Willingness to present to teams and clients
• Passion for learning and organic content
