Inoapps is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value Oracle projects within the PMO. You will steer project delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients and teams to maximise profitability and ensure governance. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across governance, risk management, and client relations, contributing to practice development and growth in Oracle solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Industry Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools.
• Strong numerical and communication skills; adaptable and resilient.
• Minimum 7 years of Oracle SAAS/EBS PM experience.
• Experience delivering Professional Services and commercial management.
• Led at least two end-to-end Oracle SAAS ERP/HCM implementations as SI.
• Experience in global/multi-pillar implementations.
• Experience with Fixed Price and Time and Materials contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage medium to large Oracle projects within Inoapps' methodology.
• Build and lead a cohesive project team with strong leadership.
• Perform risk management and drive innovative solutions.
• Define tasks, critical paths and maintain project docs with teams.
• Manage client and supplier deliverables and escalate issues.
• Create and track client Statements of Work (SoW).
• Own and forecast project budget using Oracle Analytics Cloud Service.
• Communicate status and progress to stakeholders ensuring profitability.
• Develop client relationships to drive successful delivery.
