Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Design & Development Specialist to join the HR Development and Operations team. You will support NORAM migration to myHR, manage integrations, and ensure stable delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud, ORC and OIC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and integrations.
• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud including Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Strong requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and delivery skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems, integrations, data flows, and Java/PL/SQL/JSON/XML.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and define scalable HR IT solutions.
• Design, develop, and test integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
• Provide incident management and problem resolution support.
• Maintain knowledge base and support BAU operations after go-live.
• Lead small projects and track milestones.
