Join Version 1, a trusted technology services provider with over 26 years of experience, as a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud (Absence & OTL) Functional Consultant. We are seeking an experienced professional to work on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading workshops and advising clients on best practices.
• Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud systems to meet client requirements.
• Demonstrating solutions and creating supporting documentation.
• Building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
• Training and coaching colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM (Absence & OTL).
• Experience with onboarding journeys, approval workflows, and Fast Formula configuration.
