Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant to join its Oracle Cloud Managed Services practice. The role focuses on reporting design, analytics delivery, and secure, scalable solutions across ERP, HCM, procurement, and SCM.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with strategic business goals, while operating within a Managed Services environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Oracle Reporting experience.
  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics experience.
  • Extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion reporting solutions within production and Managed Services environments.
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into reusable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert Level 3 functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions using OTBI, BIP, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing reporting solutions that support critical business operations and decision-making.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting strategies delivering data accuracy, performance, governance, and security.
  • Support reporting requirements across Oracle ERP, HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑centric Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud Managed Services practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Oracle reporting professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, partnering with customers, and driving continuous improvement across Oracle Cloud environments.

As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will play a key role in the design, support, optimisation, and evolution of reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned to strategic business objectives while delivering exceptional service within a Managed Services environment.

Eligible for CTC Clearance: Must have been a resident of the UK for the past 3 years.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics
  • Provide expert Level 3 functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions using:
    • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
    • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
    • HCM Extracts
    • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing reporting solutions that support critical business operations and decision-making.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting strategies that deliver:
    • Data accuracy and reconciliation
    • Performance optimisation
    • Business value and alignment
    • Security, governance, and compliance
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements across:
    • Oracle ERP
    • Human Capital Management (HCM)
    • Procurement
    • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
  • Stay informed of Oracle Cloud reporting enhancements and recommend innovative approaches to improve customer outcomes.
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary reporting subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Managed Services customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and customer leadership teams.
  • Foster effective communication through regular service reviews, status updates, and planning discussions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on reporting roadmaps, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting activities, and enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand evolving business needs and deliver solutions that support long‑term success.
Managed Services Delivery
  • Manage reporting‑related incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL best practices and service level commitments.
  • Support critical reporting cycles, including month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive and high‑quality documentation, including:
    • Report specifications
    • Test plans and results
    • Data definitions and mappings
    • Security and access models
    • Governance and operational procedures
  • Support customer transitions into Managed Services following Oracle Fusion implementations, support model changes, or vendor transitions.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Technical Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultants across multiple customer engagements.
  • Act as a technical authority for reporting and analytics solutions, promoting best practices and high‑quality delivery standards.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and coaching of reporting consultants.
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions adhere to established governance, quality, and security standards.
  • Assist with workload planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, and capacity management across customer portfolios.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous learning culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and customer challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, capability development, and service innovation across the Oracle Managed Services practice.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Practice Leadership to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Oracle Fusion Reporting Expertise
  • 10+ years of Oracle Reporting experience.
  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics experience.
  • Extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion reporting solutions within production and Managed Services environments.
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes across:

  • Strong understanding of data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting architecture.
  • Experience designing scalable, supportable, and high-performance reporting solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reusable technical solutions.
