Job summary

VE3 is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our UK delivery team. You will own second/third line EPM incidents, manage access requests, test updates, and design configuration changes across forms, dimensions, and Groovy rules.

You’ll work with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specs and ensure data movement between EPM and ERP aligns with planning cycles. Strong Groovy scripting, EPBCS/Planning experience, and proven data-load mappings are

Qualifications

What you will bring includes deep functional experience of Oracle EPM planning and budgeting (EPBCS or Planning).
Genuine Groovy scripting ability for business rules and calculations.
Experience managing data loads and mappings between EPM and an ERP.
Ability to gather requirements and write clear specifications.
Understanding of the EPM security and access model.

Responsibilities

Own second- and third-line EPM incidents and service requests through to fix.
Handle EPM access requests in collaboration with access specialists.
Assess Oracle updates and inform planners on behavior changes.
Design and build EPM configuration changes: forms, dimensions, calculations, Groovy rules.
Move data in and out of EPM and ensure feeds tie planning to the ledger.
Create clear requirements and impact assessments with product owners.
Build test evidence (regression automated in Tosca) and document changes.
