Job summary

King is seeking an Oracle EPM Planning Cloud Developer & Support Specialist to manage and enhance our EPBCS/PBCS environment, collaborating with finance to implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting improvements.

Your role includes developing Groovy scripts, data integration routines, and Smart View templates, while administering security and overseeing patches and deployment cycles across production and non-prod environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Planning Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS) experience.
• Advanced Groovy scripting and Essbase calculation knowledge.
• Expert understanding of Oracle Data Integration (ODI) / Data Management and metadata administration.
• Strong mastery of Smart View for Office and EPM Report Designer.
• Hands-on experience with EPMAutomate and command-line automation.
• Solid FP&A foundations (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Oracle EPM Planning Cloud applications and modules.
• Develop and optimize Groovy scripts, Business Rules, and Calc Scripts for automated calculations.
• Build and maintain Data Integration / Data Management (FDMEE) routines and data load rules.
• Create Smart View templates and FRWeb Studio reports and finance dashboards.
• Manage user security, roles, and access in EPM Cloud Security.
• Oversee patch updates, non-prod testing, and deployment cycles.
• Monitor daily data loads, batch schedules, and automation scripts (EPMAutomate).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support during monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles.
• Translate business requirements with FP&A into scalable technical specs.
• Provide user training and maintain runbooks and process documentation.
