Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant in the UK to lead supply chain workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end implementations that drive measurable business value.

You'll join a leading Oracle practice, mentor consultants, and help clients optimise and modernise their supply chain operations on a hybrid model with occasional travel to client sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite SCM.
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and Oracle Manufacturing capabilities.
• Hands-on with BOM, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
• Experience delivering full project lifecycles using AIM and/or OUM methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS SCM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, and optimisation projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements.
• Design and configure Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain solutions.
• Deliver functional analysis, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain business process maps and solution documentation.
• Advise clients on best-practice processes and drive business transformation initiatives.
• Support project planning, risk management, and change management activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across project teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex functional and system challenges.
