Job Description:

Pearson Carter is working with a prominent client in the Travel and Leisure industry, partnering with companies such as TUI, EasyJet, and Premier Holidays. They are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join their team and work on complex systems.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert within the development team, learning on the job with mentorship during onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle to deliver features and fixes
• Provide technical solutions based on system experience
• Work with management to identify and manage development risks and issues
• Mentor other engineering staff

Experience:

• At least 8 years of Oracle experience, demonstrating expertise
• Extensive SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Experience working on large, complex data systems
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C, Java, HTML, JSON, XML is beneficial

The role offers a salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits.

Additional Details:

The client is based in Slough. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three times per week during onboarding.
