? Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring transparency

Key Skills Required

Proven delivery of multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations at scale

Strong client-facing consulting background with relationship-building skills

Full lifecycle experience delivering Oracle-based HCM/ERP solutions

Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, and bid support

Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC Level)
