Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll practice in London. You’ll lead requirements analysis, business process documentation and solution design for major cloud implementations with top clients.

You’ll work hands-on with Oracle Payroll Cloud across UK payroll legislation, contribute to pre-sales activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end cloud deployments and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; UK payroll knowledge preferred.
• Up to 10 years of functional experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Multiple full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles completed.
• Experience with interface design, development and testing.
• Strong client facing, communication, and management skills.
• Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and RTI.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle.
• Lead requirements analysis, process documentation and solution design.
• Implement Oracle HCM/Payroll Cloud across industries and clients.
• Support proposal development and pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration architecture.
