Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Supply Chain implementations across Europe, guiding teams through requirement analysis, design, configuration and deployment while engaging with customers at all levels.

You will shape proposals, contribute to pre-sales, and help build IBM's Supply Chain offerings in a fast‑moving cloud and hybrid environment that values curiosity, collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle Supply Chain Applications.
• Multiple full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
• Experience leading streams of work and delegating/ managing small teams of consultants both on-shore and off-shore.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently.
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills.
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Demonstrable functional skills in: Manufacturing (Process/ Discrete); Product Data Hub; Inventory Management; Cost Management; Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle within client projects.
• Engage customers in Requirement Analysis, Process Documentation & Solution Design.
• Guide project teams to develop, configure and deploy solutions.
• Contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities.
• Help build IBM's Supply Chain offerings and capabilities.
