Senior Town Planner to Principal Town Planner

Bristol

Our close client is a leading town planning consultancy with offices throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced Planner to join their ever-growing successful team in Bristol. The successful candidate will have good experience in a town planning role. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Planner to join a successful company and progress in their town planning career.

As an experienced Planner, your duties will include:

• Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
• Supporting public sector workload
• Engaging in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients
• Mentoring junior staff members
• Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• MRTPI qualification (or actively working towards accreditation)
• Town Planning experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK driver’s license (have access to own vehicle)

Salary for this role will be negotiated depending on experience
