About the role

We seek a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer for our Bristol office, a vibrant city with a rich cultural heritage and ambitious growth plans aiming for carbon neutrality.

You will support and deliver electrical design projects across various sectors, working within a multidisciplinary team to produce high-standard solutions, securing repeat and new business, and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing the technical delivery of electrical designs for multi-disciplinary projects.
2. Developing strategic project concepts aligned with briefs and standards.
3. Engaging with stakeholders and representing the company in project meetings.
4. Monitoring project resources and fees with team leaders.
5. Mentoring junior professionals, including apprentices and graduates.

About you

You should have:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer with a record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience with BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, Relux, and modern delivery processes.
• Experience collaborating with clients, contractors, and architects in a design consultancy environment.
• Self-awareness, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience supporting the development of others' skills and confidence.
