Your Role

We are expanding our team of Water Quality and Catchment Management specialists to deliver sustainable solutions to the water sector and environmental regulators in the UK, helping to protect the water environment.

With a background in Earth Sciences and working knowledge of Water Quality and Geochemistry / Environmental Chemistry, you should be familiar with the UK regulatory context, including the Water Framework Directive (WFD), water quality modelling tools (e.g., SAGIS SIMCAT, InfoWorks, ICM), and experience with infrastructure projects, EIA, water data analysis, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and visualize water quality data, interpret datasets, and communicate findings effectively.
• Design and help implement field monitoring campaigns.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients.
• Contribute to winning new projects through proposal writing.
• Manage projects and tasks efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in geography, geology, environmental science, civil engineering, or related fields; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in water quality, modelling, data interpretation, and catchment management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and communication skills.
• Field experience and understanding of groundwater-surface water interactions are advantageous.
