Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial concept through to the construction phase.
• Perform and oversee design work related to highways, rail, and private sector projects.
• Attend client and site meetings as needed.
• Conduct surveys and site inspections.
• Assist with staff training and mentor trainees and graduates.

Requirements

• Experience in Heavy Civils in relevant industries such as Rail, Civils, Highways, Structures, Marine.
• UK-based experience.
• Civil / Structural Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered/Incorporated status, or actively working towards a professional qualification.
• Proficient in Civils 3D or Causeway Flow (or similar software).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and interpret instructions clearly.
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
• Full driving license.
