We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Senior or Principal Engineer to join the team in London.

What does the role involve?

Working on a wide range of projects including large data centres, you will be responsible for the design and detailing of civil engineering schemes, feasibility studies, calculations, modelling, inspections, surveys, and reports. You will manage and deliver projects within cost, time, profitability, and quality requirements, along with obtaining third-party approvals, liaising with clients, other professionals, and the public. You may also supervise and train less experienced employees.

To be successful in this role you’ll possess:

You will have excellent design skills, be able to undertake computer-based analysis competently, and have knowledge of UK Codes of Practice, Design Standards, Building Regulations, and Health and Safety. A degree in Engineering and Chartered or near Chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers are required.

Experience with Microdrainage, obtaining approvals for section agreements (S104, S38, S278), and strong communication and prioritization skills are essential for meeting deadlines.
