Qualifications

• Master's level education or equivalent plus CPD evidence required.
• In-depth knowledge of management disciplines incl. financial management, operational performance and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight, assurance and challenge across UHB's hospitals and services.
• Lead Group oversight of urgent and emergency care, patient flow, demand and capacity, seasonal pressures and operational co-ordination.
• Ensure governance, performance management and risk mitigation for emergency preparedness and related services.
• Lead annual planning, align operational, workforce and financial plans and manage delegated budgets.
