Senior Operations Training Manager. Job in United Kingdom Education & Training Jobs

I am seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Training Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team. As an integral member, you will oversee the technical and functional training across 8 sites, developing and designing a training framework.

This role is a national position offering a competitive salary plus car or car allowance plus bonus. It is a newly created role and would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving performance based on a 12-month FTC. Due to the site location, this would ideally suit someone based within the Midlands area.

The Senior Operations Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programmes that enhance employee performance and support the company's operational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with business objectives.

Responsibilities for the Senior Operations Training Manager

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for operational staff.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and create targeted training solutions.
