A leading recruitment group seeks a proactive Senior Operations Training Manager. I am seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Training Manager to join a dynamic and forward thinking HR team. As an integral member, you will oversee the technical and functional train across 8 sites developing and designing training framework.
This role is a national role based offering competitive salary plus car or car allowance plus bonus. It is newly created role and would be a fantastic role for someone who is passionate in driving performance based on a 12 month FTC. Due the site location this would suit someone ideally based within the Midlands area.
