Cencora, a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution organisation, is seeking an experienced Operations Support Shift Manager for its Central Logistics Centre in Birmingham. The role involves supporting multi-function warehouse operations, driving performance, and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work with Operations Lead and senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into efficient, compliant daily operations, including labour planning and change initiatives.

Supporting warehouse operations across multiple functions, you will work closely with Operations Shift Managers and senior stakeholders to drive performance, ensure compliance, optimise resources, and deliver exceptional service levels.
