Job Description:

The UK Regulatory Operations team ensures our UK Mobility business complies with local legislation and regulator conditions licensing us as a Private Hire Operator in the UK.

We seek a detail-oriented, proactive, intellectually curious individual passionate about problem-solving to enhance our reporting and compliance processes.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and Community Operations teams to understand regulatory requirements and review all reporting, assurance, and compliance queries. Additionally, you will work with technical stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance amidst innovations.

What you will do
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to understand UK's regulatory landscape and related reporting requirements.
  • Review internal systems and processes supporting regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting, assurance, and compliance queries.
  • Analyze upcoming business innovations and adapt regulatory processes accordingly.
What you will need
  • At least 3 years in a data-oriented role within a regulated environment (e.g., Travel, Telecoms, Financial, Healthcare).
  • Strong SQL expertise, capable of reviewing and improving code and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Understanding of complex data structures and interconnected tables.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office.
  • Effective time management and proactive work attitude.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset to work across teams and geographies.
