Senior Operations Manager – South

Assisted Living Catering

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Radish team, overseeing the catering services across our Assisted Living portfolio.

You’ll be managing and motivating a team of field-based Operation Managers to produce maximum returns whilst managing and developing strong team and client relationships.

No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

You’ll love being empowered to make decisions and finding your own solutions to problems.

You’ll be:

  1. Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction.
  2. Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery.
  3. Driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins.
  4. Conducting close analysis of the business and producing operating strategies for the region.
  5. Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Senior Manager.
  6. Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with customers.
  7. Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to.
  8. Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.

You’ll have:

  1. Excellent communication and people management skills.
  2. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level.
  3. Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  4. Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry.
  5. Ability to work to tight timescales.
  6. Experience working with Retirement or Assisted Living clients previously would be highly desirable.
  7. Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
  8. Hold a full driving license and be able to travel to sites.
