Overview

We’re on the lookout for a senior operator who’s ready for something more than just “running the day-to-day.” This is a role for someone who thrives on leading from the front, enjoys building teams, and wants to play a big part in shaping the future of two exciting brands. Our client already runs a premium QSR concept that’s well-loved and well-established, and they’re now adding a new coffee / beverage brand into the mix. This role will suit someone who loves the buzz of QSR and coffee, knows how to get the best out of people, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up when needed. At the same time, you’ll be working closely with the leadership team, making sure strategy turns into action and that both brands are set up to thrive.

  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop managers — you’ll know how to bring people with you.
  • A commercial mindset: you’re confident with numbers and know how to drive performance.
  • Adaptability, equally comfortable working with an established brand and helping to grow a new one.
