This role requires strong leadership, budgeting and incident response, with close collaboration across SHEQ, Finance and Projects to deliver on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent engineering qualification or demonstrably equivalent operational experience.
• Experience leading operations and maintenance delivery across multiple sites.
• Experience managing safety-critical work, outages and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, day-to-day operation of energy centres and networks across Birmingham.
• Balance resources, set site priorities and supervise contractors.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits and statutory requirements.
