As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations and contribute to our continued growth and achievements. This role is integral to enabling the Foundation to deliver high-impact community programs while achieving financial and operational objectives.

Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the LCF, including oversight of the administrative team and office management.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for operational activities

  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency

  • Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Qualifications


  • Previous experience in operations management within the sports & leisure industry

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
