Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is seeking a senior advisor to lead client engagements in the asset and wealth management space. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across multiple projects and client teams.

You will guide front-to-back improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and drive strong client outcomes. Travel to client sites will be expected as needed, and a deep understanding of market trends will support advisory work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the asset management value chain.
• Ability to lead engagements and teams of 3–10 colleagues.
• Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
• Fluent business English and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly successful client engagements with strong client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies and high-quality work products within budget and timeframes.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders to deliver results in partnership with clients.
• Analyse client current state, develop proposals, and implement recommendations.
• Conduct research, surveys and interviews to address client problems.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
