Job Description

We're hiring a Senior Operations Manager role for a food start-up business based in London, with hybrid working.

This is a newly created role that will be tasked with scaling company operations, launching new sites, building teams, and developing processes & systems.

This role will oversee the end-to-end operations of QSR outlets, food trucks, and festival activations. Your leadership will ensure smooth day-to-day execution while implementing strategies that improve performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in developing operational processes, scaling the footprint, and fostering a high-performance culture across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize operations across QSR outlets, food trucks, and festival activations.
Take the lead on scaling operations by opening new sites, building teams and developing systems and processes
Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance service delivery, quality control, and customer experience.
Manage budgets, cost control, and supply chain logistics to drive profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and frontline staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to support business growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to improve operations.
Develop and execute expansion strategies, including new site launches.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and festival organizers.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior operations role within the food industry, QSR, or hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site operations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
A deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and cost control.
Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
