Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations strategy in line with business growth objectives.

• Oversee production, procurement, and dispatch for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

• Establish and track KPIs to monitor and improve performance.

• Ensure operational readiness for production peaks.

• Inspire and develop a high-performing, multi-functional team (including 2 direct reports).

Your Background as a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations:

• Proven track record in Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, or similar leadership roles.

• Strong background in improving productivity, output, and operational effectiveness.

• Strategic leader with a hands-on approach.

• Skilled in managing multi-functional teams and building scalable processes within a growing SME.
