Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of fresh produce operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team across production, logistics, and supply chain functions.
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and lean processes.
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, health & safety, and food safety standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize operational performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within fresh produce, food manufacturing, or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and people management skills - able to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Expertise in production planning, supply chain, and logistics.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and drive improvements.
• Excellent knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering operational efficiencies.
