Position: Senior Operations Lead
Location: Bermondsey

Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour (weekly pay)

Fixed Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL for querying data.
• Basic understanding of SQL and comfortable working with spreadsheets to find insights, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Operations Lead, you will:

• Plan and manage fleet positioning and rebalancing so bikes are available where riders need them most.
• Using SQL and Google Sheets to spot trends and areas for improvement.
• Streamline operational processes to deliver consistent, high‑quality rider experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, reliable service across all touchpoints while supporting rider growth initiatives to expand and engage the rider base.
• Track service performance, growth and retention metrics, and market trends to keep Lime aligned with rider expectations and competitive in micromobility.
• Support targeted pilots and improvements to enhance reliability, convenience, and rider satisfaction.
