Senior Operations Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing - Dover, NH

Job Description

The Senior Operations Engineer's essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Utilize various statistical and data analysis tools within a structured problem-solving approach to characterize and enhance existing processes, ensuring translation of customer requirements into repeatable and capable manufacturing processes.
2. Plan, execute, and analyze multi-phase validation runs to assess whether new equipment, processes, and tooling meet functional performance requirements effectively.
3. Develop and uphold Project Charters and Implementation Plans, including defining project scope, anticipated benefits, necessary resources, timelines, and other relevant factors.
4. Serve as a technical liaison to development groups and actively participate in design/project review teams, contributing to the development of product and equipment specifications to ensure resulting processes are suitable for manufacturing.
5. Establish and implement control plans to ensure that project gains and improvements are achieved and maintained over time, contributing to overall operational excellence.
