Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Operations Coordinator to support our London Office Leasing and London Offices department based at our Baker Street HQ. This will be on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role:

This role is for a highly motivated, results driven Senior Operations Coordinator responsible for providing an effective and efficient EA and team support service; managing the daily operations, process and efficiencies for the London Offices Leasing and London Offices department whilst also working with the London Offices Leasing joint Head and their team.

Responsibilities:

  • EA support for London Office Leasing leaders, managing diaries, emails, and meetings, including board meetings and strategy days.
  • Coordinate internal and external presentations, collaborating with creative, business development teams, and external printers.
  • Prepare documents, letters, memos, reports, and presentations through audio or copy typing.
  • Manage corporate travel arrangements, including UK and overseas itineraries.
  • Act as an ambassador for the London Office Leasing team, maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Support business planning, financial coordination, and expense management, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Attend and minute team meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and track mandatory training, promoting development opportunities for team members.
  • Support appraisal and mid-year review processes, providing feedback and performance insights.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and act as an information security champion.
  • Collaborate on event management, from venue research to client liaison and onsite coordination.
  • Act as a key liaison for marketing communications, supporting collateral creation and brand alignment.
  • Provide CRM and business development coordination, assisting with client relationship management.
  • Support operational projects like office relocations, facilities management, and IT coordination.

Key Experience Required:

  • 3+ year experience in a similar operations and EA role.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
