POSITION

Nardello & Co. is a global investigative firm specializing in due diligence, litigation support, and internal investigations. We are seeking a Senior Operations Assistant.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff (COS), the successful candidate will be independent, highly organized, and a creative thinker who excels at problem-solving. They will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, eager to be part of a small, dedicated team vital to the firm's success.

This role is crucial to the operational backbone of the firm's EMEA region, supporting the London office's smooth running and a wide range of operational, administrative, and business support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure everything runs smoothly with care, calmness, and collaboration. They should enjoy being helpful, take pride in small details, and thrive on being proactive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office & Facilities Management
  • Troubleshoot issues with phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment, liaising with repair vendors.
  • Assist with security, responding to alarms during and after working hours.
  • Maintain the London office and support other EMEA locations with operational needs.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate ad hoc purchases and vendor relations.
Workplace & People Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional welcome.
  • Organize team events, birthdays, and milestones.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including desk setup, IT, and access.
  • Support COS with office maintenance, H&S standards, and project assistance.
Practice & Admin Support
  • Assist with ad hoc duties, timesheet and expense management, and administrative tasks.
  • Support travel arrangements, answer phones, and manage correspondence.
  • Provide additional admin support such as calendar management, document creation, and client tracking (experience with Salesforce preferred).
Business Development & Marketing Support
  • Log activities in Salesforce, coordinate event materials, and support internal events.
Flexibility & Cross-Team Support
  • Support other teams as needed, especially during busy periods or absences.
Work Environment Details
  • In-office role, some overtime, and light lifting (up to 10kg) required.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years in an office setting, preferably in Professional Services.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
