Job Description:

A multi-billion dollar AUM, multi-strategy hedge fund is hiring a newly created position for their Hong Kong trade support team. We are targeting London-based operations professionals looking to relocate.

The role is within a specialist team of trade support analysts, as a senior member, with responsibilities split 50/50 between BAU operations and project work. The hire will be a go-to person for multiple trading desks regarding operational trade lifecycle, daily issues, high-level analysis, and commentary. Additionally, there will be responsibilities to lead projects focused on improving and optimizing existing infrastructure and processes, working alongside engineering teams, and managing projects for new product or desk launches.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund or IB operations/trade support. Strong project experience, especially in process automation, is essential. Strong academic background and some coding skills are preferred.
