Job Description:

A high-performing, award-winning global hedge fund is hiring a senior operations analyst based in London.

The successful candidate will lead Business As Usual (BAU) operations for the firm's main strategy, acting as the primary contact for the investment team, which includes industry-leading PMs and traders. Since most back-office and operational tasks are outsourced, the role involves significant oversight and analytical work, including managing relationships with external service providers.

Project management is a key component of the role. The analyst will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python and participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee and project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Applicants should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.

The role offers a salary between £85,000 and £115,000, with a potential 50% bonus for top performers. The firm will fully subsidize industry qualifications, and amenities such as breakfast, lunch, and gym memberships are included.
