A multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund is looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst with expertise in equities for its expanding London office.

The successful candidate will report directly to the European Head of Operations / Middle Office and will serve as the SME for equities, overseeing operations and middle office tasks related to the firm’s expanding equities investment strategy. While many tasks are outsourced, the role will focus on analytical responsibilities, oversight of external service providers, and project work, primarily involving infrastructure buildout and support for equities investment professionals. The analyst will act as a first point of contact for the European equities business, liaising with multiple Prime Brokers.

The firm values career progression; the initial plan is for the hire to develop into an Operations Manager. Employees have advanced into roles such as desk assistant, business management, treasury, and change management within the global operations team. There are also opportunities for internal transfer to international offices for top performers.
