This individual will support the Head of Operational Risk in the 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) to oversee the development and implementation of the Risk Framework, working closely with Risk, Compliance, and 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) Risk colleagues.

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £95,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong Operational Risk Management experience in a 2LoD role
• Experience contributing to ICAAP (Must Have)
• Hands-on experience with Risk Incidents, RCSA, Control Testing, Risk Framework, Risk Policies, Standards & Guidance
