A leading bank in the city has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Risk Analyst to join their team. This broad role has been created due to continued growth and success within the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operational Risk, who is highly respected in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Operational Risk in managing the daily activities related to operational risk and maintaining the group's risk and control framework. Key duties include:

1. Incident mitigation, including documentation of incidents and associated actions.
2. Performing periodic risk assessments on business processes and defining key controls to mitigate identified risks.
3. Ensuring appropriate risk mitigation measures and risk indicators are in place and monitored.
4. Producing key risk indicator reports across departments.
5. Maintaining the risk and controls management framework.
6. Preparing risk reports related to technology and operational risk for senior stakeholders.
7. Assisting in operational risk activities such as ICAAP analysis and Business Continuity management.

Applicants should have relevant operational risk experience gained within Investment Management, Hedge Funds, or Investment Banking.
