Exact Sciences is seeking a Sr. Regional Oncogenomic Liaison to lead oncology sales strategies across the UK, building relationships with NHS stakeholders and key national opinion leaders.

The role requires deep disease knowledge, strategic planning, and a proven track record in large territory management. The Senior ROL will collaborate with NHS decision makers and private providers to demonstrate the value of our genomic cancer testing brands, while adhering to budgets and maintaining CRM

Qualificações

• 12+ years in premium oncology/diagnostics sales.
• Experience working with NHS stakeholders and decision makers across the NHS.
• Proven large territory and key account management skills.
• Evidence of pathway and guideline development to improve efficiencies.
• Deep understanding of cancer care in UK public/private sectors.
• Willingness to travel to national meetings 3-4 times per year; potential international congresses.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales objectives in an assigned geographic area through field-based call activity/meetings with HCPs and non-clinical staff responsible for cancer services.
• Exemplary territory management, planning, and implementation.
• Understand competitors and market trends affecting product utilization.
• Sell company products, develop new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Develop and implement a strategic tactical plan to maximize utilization within budget and support corporate objectives.
• Maintain key CRM records and build relationships across NHS and national stakeholders.
• Complete training on genomic testing and Exact Sciences products.
• Develop deep product/disease-state knowledge to influence access and uptake.
• Attend UK sales meetings and conferences; communicate product messages effectively.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and recruit talent when needed.
• Engage with national opinion leaders in oncology and pathology within territory.
• Prioritize and drive to results; work as part of a team; uphold QMS and company values.
