Job summary

21CC Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Production Manager to lead on-site technical delivery across a diverse range of events. The role combines site leadership with office planning to ensure projects are resourced, priced and executed to a high standard.

You will coordinate crews, suppliers and build teams, maintain client communications on site and ensure safety compliance across all activities. Weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical production and live event delivery.
• Strong knowledge across lighting, staging, audio, power and structures.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage on-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical delivery across projects.
• Manage build, installation, operation and de-rig.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and to high standards.
• Maintain strong on-site client relationships.
• Act as technical lead on large-scale or complex builds.
• Coordinate freelance crew, suppliers and contractors on site and in planning.
• Provide clear on-site briefings and ensure structured working practices.
• Support safety culture and professional conduct on all sites.
