Qualifications

• Senior medical role requiring Consultant level in Old Age Psychiatry.
• Ability to lead an MDT and coordinate care for older adults.
• Experience in cognitive assessment and management of functional disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the older adults outpatient MDT.
• Assess new referrals and develop treatment formulations.
• Lead development and improvement of the service and pathways between primary and secondary care.
• Offer expert advice and consultation to GP, primary care and colleagues in a timely manner.
