Express-Solicitors in Manchester is seeking an experienced OL/PL Claimant Senior Solicitor to manage a high-quality caseload of Occuper's and Public Liability claims. This position offers a generous commission structure, rewarding you for every case won, with no caps on earnings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing litigated claims with experience from inception to trial. The firm provides a hybrid working pattern following probation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a litigated OL/PL claimant caseload.
• Experience handling cases from inception to trial or disposal.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave.
• Handling both pre-issue and litigated fast track and multi-track matters.
• Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercial legal advice.

Education

Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent experience (5–8+ PQE)
