The Opportunity

We seek a senior structural design engineer to join our offshore wind team, focusing on the structural design of offshore wind foundations. This role involves developing efficient design processes, including automation and digitalization, and offers opportunities for growth in project management, training, bid management, and service innovation.

Is this role right for you?

The ideal candidate will have:

• A qualification in civil/structural/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in offshore wind industry, especially FEED and detailed design of offshore wind turbine sub-structures.
• Knowledge of offshore wind design codes and ability to communicate design approaches confidently.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, dynamics, and hydrodynamics.
• Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software; coding skills like Python are a plus.
