Job summary

Tzportal invites an experienced Senior Planner to lead the Integrated Project Schedule for offshore FPSO projects. You will collaborate with the Project Management Team, contractors, and other disciplines to keep milestones on track and manage delays and risks.

Key duties include coordinating Primavera P6 schedules for Onshore/Offshore activities, reviewing contractor progress, and providing inputs for monthly reporting. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 15+ years of project planning experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior planning or lead planning role.
• Recent experience with Southeast Asian / Singaporean shipyards is required.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and project planning systems.
• Experience in project controls, schedule risk analysis, and contractor schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Integrated Project Schedule using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain schedules covering: Onshore and Offshore activities and contractor interfaces.
• Establish and migrate contractor schedules into the Company’s planning system.
• Review contractor schedules, logic, critical path, progress, and forecasts.
• Monitor progress and challenge delays, low productivity, and schedule inconsistencies.
• Prepare and maintain look-ahead schedules, progress reports, trends, and forecasts.
