Job summary

OEG Energy Group in Lowestoft is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project execution across offshore assets. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery, coordinate with tender-to-operations handovers, and drive continuous improvement while managing budgets and client communications.

The role requires a strong background in offshore/subsea projects, excellent English, and the ability to mentor junior managers within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate, manage and communicate information accurately.
• Solid organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of projects.
• Coordinate with Commercial Department to handover from tendering to operations.
• Ensure lessons learned are implemented across projects.
• Maintain awareness of commercial and technical contract matters.
• Control project costs, review invoices, and handle client invoicing disputes.
• Prepare and maintain planning documents during execution if required.
• Lead risk management and maintain the HIRA risk register.
