Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Marine Operations Technical Authority (MOTA) to support offshore operations, decommissioning and marine construction on an initial 2-year contract. Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in offshore marine operations.
• Strong knowledge of jack-up operations and rig moves.
• Experience with Site-Specific Assessments and marine assurance.
• Prior senior Marine Advisor/Master/Technical Authority roles preferred.
• Experience managing complex offshore vessel campaigns.
• Commercial awareness including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting and cost control.

Aufgaben

• Act as the senior technical authority for marine operations, providing technical assurance and governance.
• Lead technical reviews of jack-up rig moves, SSA, vessel positioning, and foundation suitability.
• Oversee offshore marine campaigns involving jack-up rigs, heavy lift vessels, diving support vessels, survey and construction vessels.
• Review marine methodologies, risk assessments, SIMOPS, vessel suitability and procedures.
• Provide technical, operational and financial reporting to senior management.
