Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data analyst to join our team here at Xentrall HR Services, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.

Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a robust Power BI reporting infrastructure—with a passion for pushing the platform’s capabilities further.
  2. Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, and external APIs to create unified, insightful dashboards.
  3. Maintain and enhance the data warehouse, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
  4. Develop and optimise data models and DAX queries to ensure high performance and user-friendly reporting.
  5. Automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Query, streamlining data processes and improving efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:
