Hill View School is a specialist school for learners with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Office Administrator to become the central anchor of our school's operations. This is a pivotal role that requires more than just administrative excellence; it demands the ability to thrive amidst the challenges of a specialist provision, supporting our students, families, and staff with unwavering professionalism and compassion.
As the Senior Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations and a key holder of our school's culture. You will manage a small team and ensure the school office is a welcoming, efficient, and supportive hub for everyone. In our environment, this means being prepared for the unexpected, proactively supporting colleagues during moments of crisis, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, from local authorities to parents who may be in distress. Salary: Actual Annual Salary £21,565.05, Term time only plus inset days
