Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks an Offensive Security Engineer based in the United Kingdom to lead pen-testing across cloud, AI infra, and GPU platforms. You will own red team engagements, develop custom tooling, and drive improvements with detection and security engineering teams.

You will craft clear executive-reports, validate defenses, and help scale offensive security practices across a rapidly evolving AI cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in offensive security or red team.
• Hands-on in cloud-native environments including Kubernetes privilege escalation and IAM abuse.
• Ability to develop custom tooling in Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience conducting purple team exercises and collaborating with blue teams.
• Ability to communicate complex security findings in senior leadership reports.
• Experience with ML infrastructure, GPU clusters, or model-serving pipelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Validate and extend threat models through continuous pentesting.
• Automate security validations while reserving manual analysis for high-impact scenarios.
• Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements across cloud and AI platforms.
• Identify attack paths impacting operations, customers, or platform assets.
• Collaborate with detection, response, and security engineering teams on purple team exercises.
• Research attacks against GPU infrastructure and AI platform services.
• Produce clear, actionable reports with remediation guidance.
• Establish and improve red team processes, tooling, and operating practices.
